Tiffany Soucy leads the execution and implementation of BLG's legal talent strategy across the Disputes Groups. She works closely with firm leaders to align business and talent strategies on regional and national platforms, supporting the firm's legal professionals to help them achieve their career objectives through recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, compensation planning, and career path development. Tiffany is actively involved in lawyer development, overseeing partner lifecycle management, succession planning, and comprehensive talent support at all levels of the organization.
Her strategic approach to talent management is strengthened by her substantial background as a skilled litigator with over 10 years of civil litigation experience at a national law firm.
After leaving practice, Tiffany spent two years working in professional development at another national law firm where she was responsible for onboarding and training programs for lawyers, students, administrative professionals and staff. She then moved into the talent management group of another national firm, where she spent 8 years responsible for the student and associate recruitment and performance management in the Toronto office, and then took over the firm’s strategic senior lateral lawyer recruitment portfolio nationally.
