Pat’s practice focuses on capital markets and corporate law, with an emphasis on equity and debt financings, initial public offerings, stock exchange listings, continuous disclosure obligations, regulatory compliance and mergers and acquisitions.
Pat assists clients across a range of industries and on a variety of transactions, including within the mining, energy and technology sectors.
Before joining BLG, Pat worked in-house at a TSX and NYSE listed company and national law firms, where he gained broad capital-markets experience on a wide range of matters and industries.
