Bryan is a law clerk specializing in civil litigation and disputes related to labour and employment relations, labour accidents and injuries, and human rights.

He assists partners and associates with the preparation of:

  • Court pleadings, including Statements of Defence;
  • Responses;
  • Motion documents;
  • Affidavit of Documents;
  • Answers to Undertakings;
  • Documents briefs;
  • Mediation briefs;
  • Chronologies and matter summaries; and
  • Pre-trial documents.

Bryan works in different matters within the court system, as well as within boards and tribunals, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Small Claims Court, Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, Canadian Human Rights Commission, Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, Ontario Labour Relations Board, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, and Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.

Bryan works on matters in both English and French.

Bryan comes to BLG with an extensive and diverse legal background, after having worked in Brazil, Québec and Nova Scotia, in various capacities.

At BLG, Bryan supports aspiring law clerks in BLG’s Paraprofessional National Student Program and participates in BLG’s action committees focused on Indigenous Peoples and Pride.
