Her responsibilities include:

  • preparing files for examinations for discovery (including Discovery Plans and Affidavits of Documents)
  • drafting lists of undertakings, advisements and refusals, liaising with discovery witnesses to answer undertakings and reviewing and organizing answers
  • preparing files for mediation, pre-trial and trial
  • preparing materials for motions (including Affidavits, Brief of Authorities and Costs Outlines)
  • preparing materials for appeal hearings (including Appeal Books and Compendia)
  • assisting lawyers at examinations for discovery, human rights hearings and trials
  • conducting research, wrongful dismissal searches and Quicklaw searches
  • liaising with clients, counsel, courts and administrative tribunals
