Heather advises and advocates for clients in the health sector.

Heather provides advice to health care organizations on a wide range of issues including physician credentialing, risk management, privacy, ALC/discharge planning, policy, and regulatory college matters. Heather's disputes practice is focused on civil litigation and she has experience representing clients in medical malpractice, administrative law, and public law matters.

Prior to practicing law, Heather obtained her Master of Health Administration degree and worked with legal, risk and quality teams at health organizations in Ontario and Nova Scotia.
