As an Articling Student, Joseph is assisting lawyers on a wide variety of tasks within our Business and Disputes groups.
Prior to attending law school, Joseph received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Philosophy from the University of Calgary, worked for years as service staff, and was a plumber's apprentice. In law school he was engaged both academically, finishing twice on the Dean's List of top ten students at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law. Joseph participated in the BLG Trial Competition, the McGilivray Moot, and the Alberta Court of Appeal Moots, developing foundational oral advocacy skills.
Joseph is particularly excited to work on the dynamic, important, complex problems that the firm is trusted to work on.
In his spare time, Joseph loves to play chess, backcountry ski, and read philosophy.
