As a Summer Law Student, Jaida is assisting lawyers on a wide variety of tasks within our Business and Disputes groups.
Prior to attending law school, Jaida received a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Calgary and worked as a social worker for four years in a variety of roles ranging from intensive case management to program supervision.
Following Jaida’s first year of law school, she summered with Legal Assistance of Windsor where she participated in drafting federal court submissions.
Jaida chose BLG because she was drawn to the people and culture, in addition to the impressive work.
In her spare time, she likes reading, going to the gym, and spending time with her dog & cat.
