As a summer student, Benjamin supports corporate and commercial law matters, with a particular focus on private capital markets, venture capital, private equity and corporate finance.
He has a strong interest in corporate finance, emerging technology, digital assets, intellectual property, private capital markets, equity financing and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining BLG, Benjamin gained experience as an intern at an immigration boutique firm, where he developed an understanding of business immigration. He also gained experience at Wellfunded Enterprise, where he was exposed to early-stage angel investing in technology companies and emerging technologies.
Alongside his legal work, he is also the founder of BENJIBOXING, a private boxing coaching business.
