Ellen is an articling student in the corporate commercial group, with an interest in mergers and acquisitions.
Ellen primarily assists with drafting various commercial agreements, corporate documents, and due diligence.
Before joining BLG, Ellen worked as a student in a commercial litigation boutique law firm, as well as an intern at Comité Logement Lachine-Lasalle, in tenant legal services.
