Julien works out of BLG’s Montréal office as a student for the summer of 2025.

He has a particular interest in administrative and constitutional litigation, appellate advocacy, civil and commercial litigation and class actions.

Julien is also a research assistant for a professor, helping with an article about property law.

Prior to joining BLG, he was a clerk of court at the Small Claims Division of the Court of Québec and a constituency assistant for the Honourable Pascale St-Onge, former Member of Parliament.

In the course of his LL.L. program, Julien did an internship in the office of the Honourable Pierre J. Dalphond, senator and former judge at the Court of Appeal of Québec, and was an assistant editor of University of Ottawa’s Revue générale de droit.

In 2026, he will work as a law clerk for the Federal Court.
