Seerat is a student in BLG’s Ottawa office for the 2026 summer term. She is focusing on Disputes and Corporate law.
Seerat is an internationally trained lawyer.
At McGill University, she focused on corporate and technology law and completed a research project comparing Canadian and European AI and data privacy frameworks to develop practical guidance for Canadian businesses.
She previously practiced corporate law in India at a leading full-service firm, where she advised domestic and multinational companies on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, governance, and regulatory matters.
