Seerat is an articling student in BLG’s Ottawa office. She is focusing on corporate and disputes law.
Seerat is an internationally trained lawyer who has earned her NCA accreditation and passed the Ontario Barrister and Solicitor licensing examinations.
At McGill University, she focused on corporate and technology law and completed a research project comparing Canadian and European AI and data privacy frameworks to develop practical guidance for Canadian businesses.
She previously practiced corporate law in India at a leading full-service firm, where she advised domestic and multinational companies on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, governance, and regulatory matters.
