Shivani is an articling student at BLG’s Toronto office for the 2026-2027 term.
Shivani received her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School.
During her time at Osgoode, Shivani served as an executive member of the South Asian Law Students Association (SALSA), the Osgoode Women’s Network, and the Osgoode Emerging Technology Association. She also was a regular performer in her law school’s variety show.
Prior to joining BLG, Shivani worked as a Policy Analyst in the Ontario Public Service, where she was introduced to gaming law. Shivani continued her involvement in the rapidly evolving gaming industry as a 1L summer law student at iGaming Ontario.
Shivani chose BLG for its welcoming environment and strong commitment to student success, as well as its focus on innovation and development.
In Shivani’s spare time, you can find her drawing, painting, running, or teaching her dog new tricks.
