Jonathan is an articling student at BLG’s Toronto office. He is interested in technology law and commercial litigation.
As a law student, Jonathan wrote articles for his law school newspaper, participated in various mooting competitions, and did clinical work for tech startups. Prior to joining BLG, Jonathan studied history at the University of Toronto and used his software development skills to create two startups.
Jonathan chose to work at BLG after learning about the firm’s range of expertise in the fields that he is interested in. He was interested in BLG because of the plethora of accomplished and skilled talent that it has nurtured and that he has had the pleasure of meeting with. Jonathan is deeply impressed by BLG’s firm culture, which integrates students into a diverse number of meaningful learning experiences.
In Jonathan’s spare time you can find him playing chess, programming, travelling and reading history books on obscure topics.
