Brian is an articling student at BLG’s Toronto office. He is returning after two summers with BLG and is focusing on tax law.
As a JD/MBA student, Brian served as Co-Managing Editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal. Brian was the recipient of the Hennick Medal for Academic Excellence, awarded to the top student from the Hennick JD/MBA program with the highest cumulative grade point average over their two degrees.
Prior to law school, Brian obtained a Master of Global Affairs from the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy. During his masters, Brian interned at the International Organization for Migration in Geneva, Switzerland.
After the Munk School, Brian worked in client-facing roles in the technology industry. Brian helped clients achieve their goals and solve business problems with the use of software.
Brian chose BLG because of the firm’s kind and down-to-earth people, its collegial atmosphere, and the high caliber of work the firm produces.
When not devouring current affairs from various periodicals, Brian is a long-distance runner and loves to spend time with his wife and cat.
