Use cases, legal impacts and solutions
Please note this session will take place in French only.
The Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (nicknamed "Law 25") reinforces the rules aimed at protecting the privacy of Québec citizens. New obligations specifically target the collection of personal data using online technological tools. In September 2023, several provisions of this legislation will bring a major change to the functioning of the digital ecosystem.
This webinar will discuss the concrete impact of the new legislation in Québec on the most frequent use cases of personal data in marketing.
The discussion will also propose tangible solutions that Québec and Canadian businesses can implement to comply with the legislation while remaining competitive.
