Calgary (July 15, 2019) — Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) welcomes Aaron Bowler, who joined the firm as a partner in its Commercial Real Estate practice. Aaron will be based in BLG’s Calgary office.
Aaron brings significant experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including large scale acquisitions and dispositions, financings, developments, restructurings and securitizations, across a wide range of asset classes and clients, including institutional investors, REITs and public sector clients. He also has considerable commercial leasing and project development experience. Aaron has particular expertise in real estate and regulatory rail matters, which is a unique skill set in Canada.

Prior to joining BLG, Aaron was a partner at a national law firm, where he focused his practice on commercial real estate transactions and rail related matters.
