Toronto (December 5, 2022) – Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) welcomes Peter J. Sullivan to the firm as a partner in our Banking and Financial Service group in Toronto.
Peter advises a wide range of clients on domestic and cross-border financing transactions. His practice focuses on project finance and securitization structures, complex syndications and agency arrangements, debt structures, acquisition financings, asset based lending transactions and general working capital credit facilities.
Peter also serves as on a number of equity, diversity and inclusion boards and is actively involved with LGBTQA+ initiatives in his community. He was awarded a Diversity Fellow Program appointment from the American Bar Association for demonstrating leadership and commitment to diversity and inclusion with local bar associations.
