Mark’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions across industrial, office and retail transactions. With over two decades of experience, Mark advises major Canadian developers, lenders, and borrowers on complex commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. He brings significant experience in the senior assisted living sector, representing owners and operators of both private and government-funded facilities as they navigate intricate joint ventures, co-ownership agreements, and regulatory issues.

Prior to joining BLG, Mark led the Real Property and Planning Group at another national law firm.
