Arpiné advises various financial institutions and companies on legal issues relating to her two areas of practice: financing and commercial regulatory law.
On the financing and banking side, Arpiné represents lenders and borrowers in connection with the implementation of credit facilities and the taking of security interests in the context of provincial, national and international transactions. She handles matters pertaining to private, public and structured financing, syndicated and cross-border lending, alternative financing solutions secured by assets, and more. She also specializes in financial services regulation and in the legal aspects of lending.
With regards to commercial regulatory law, Arpiné provides legal counsel surrounding consumer protection, financial institution regulation, advertisement, marketing and commercial practices. She guides her client through regulatory requirements, helps them evolve their business practices, and advises them on the marketing of their offerings and on their loyalty programs.
Arpiné was both a summer student and an articling student at BLG before returning as an associate.
