Mathilde’s practice focuses on labour and employment law, with an emphasis on labour relations and standards. She is particularly interested in matters related to terminations, disciplinary measures, human rights, and psychological harassment. She also assists her clients with issues regarding staff management.
Mathilde advises federal and provincial clients of all sizes, in unionized and non-unionized contexts. She represents them before various courts, including arbitration and civil tribunals, the Administrative Labour Tribunal, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, and the Canadian Human Rights Commission.
Mathilde began her career in a regional firm. Prior to joining BLG, she worked for a Crown corporation’s legal department.
