Scott is a member of BLG's Private Client Group. He advises individuals, families, family offices, privately held businesses and trust companies on domestic and international tax planning, as well as trust, estate and succession matters.
Scott regularly helps clients establish and restructure trust, corporate and family wealth structures. He also handles corporate reorganizations, estate freezes, post-mortem tax planning and succession and estate planning.
Before joining BLG, Scott clerked at the Tax Court of Canada.
