Paige maintains a broad civil litigation practice encompassing health disputes, mental health law, professional negligence, and estate and trust litigation.
Paige has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario. She has also represented hospital and institutional clients before numerous administrative tribunals including the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, the Consent and Capacity Board, and the Ontario Review Board.
Paige's prior training as a social worker has helped her to approach legal issues with a practical, client-focused mindset to resolve challenging and sensitive cases.
Paige is also a member of BLG's Team North. She is familiar with the unique needs of Northern-based clients and has appeared before the Nunavut Court of Justice.zc
Paige joined BLG's Ottawa office after summering and articling at the firm.
