Erin provides sensible and tailored advice to employers on a variety of labour and employment law matters including: 

  • Labour relations; 
  • Human rights;
  • Occupational health and safety;
  • Employment standards, and 
  • Wrongful dismissals.

Erin advocates for her clients in proceedings before labour arbitrators, human rights tribunals, labour relations boards and the courts. She also advises on employment contracts, employee accommodation and terminations.

Prior to joining BLG, Erin practiced labour and employment law at a national full-service law firm in Toronto.
