Sofia practices corporate and commercial law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and investment funds, corporate finance, and general corporate matters.
Her practice also includes working on corporate governance matters, assisting with the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, and providing support on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal issues.
Before joining BLG, Sofia gained experience in global strategy, including roles with two NBA teams and the Yankees Entertainment and Sports Network.
