Robert is an associate in BLG’s Disputes – Commercial and Construction Group. He advises and acts for clients in a wide range of matters, including contract and corporate disputes, fraud and white-collar investigations, and related injunctions.
Robert has appeared before the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta. He also has experience with mediation and judgment enforcement.
Robert summered and articled with BLG before returning to the firm as an associate.
Prior to joining BLG, Robert gained finance experience at a provincial securities regulator and a leading investment management firm. Prior to law school, he also worked at a leading energy company.

- A client in an application for an ex parte Mareva injunction and Norwich order against individual and corporate defendants to preserve assets, and obtain financial disclosure.
- A client in obtaining summary judgment for more than $260,000, together with full legal costs, in a construction contract dispute.
