Drawing on deep experience in inbound and outbound planning, he helps clients confidently navigate the complexities of doing business in Canada.
He is a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs and family run businesses on a wide range of wealth management issues, including succession planning, corporate reorganizations, shareholder compensation, and charitable giving, with an emphasis on long-term stability and tax efficiency.
As part of his practice, Noah provides strategic representation to clients before the tax courts and in negotiations with Revenu Québec and the Canada Revenue Agency.
Noah has spent his entire career at BLG, having first joined the firm as a summer student in 2017.

- Element Materials Technology, a global testing, inspection and certification services company, in the US$400 million carve-out and sale of its North American Life Sciences Testing Services business to Eurofins Scientific SE.
- Counsel to Enertrak Inc., a Montréal-based HVACR distributor and its shareholders, in the sale to Beijer Ref AB (Nasdaq Stockholm: BEIJ B), a Swedish publicly traded global refrigeration group, including an equity rollover component. Enertrak reported total revenue of C$165 million and has approximately 120 employees to serve commercial and residential markets across Eastern Canada.
