On January 24, 2024, Minute Media, a leading global technology and sports content company, announced that it has acquired BLG client STN Video Inc. (STN), the North American industry leader in sports content distribution.
STN management will join Minute Media and continue to be involved in business operations post-acquisition.
BLG represented STN Video with a team led by Andrew Hennigar that included Jordan Kay, Eliot Escalona and Bradley Freedman (Corporate); Randy Morphy and Robert Biggar (Tax); James Fu, Samantha Stepney and Tommy Hong (Labour & Employment).
