François is a leading commercial litigator in Québec. He assists clients in all stages of disputes, providing strategic advice and representing them before Québec's courts and administrative tribunals. François is experienced in all manner of commercial litigation disputes including shareholder remedies, construction, real estate, technology, aviation and competition law. François has extensive experience in the Québec Superior Court as well as the Québec Court of Appeal and has handled many arbitrations, injunctions, extraordinary remedies and judicial review applications.

François obtained his LLB from Université de Montréal in 2004 and he was called to the Québec Bar in 2005. Prior to joining BLG, he practiced commercial litigation at a regional law firm.
