Ewa Krajewska, Karine Chênevert, Ravi Latour and Tamara Wong were named as 2021 Lexpert Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40. The awards recognize young leading lawyers from law firms, in-house departments, and other practices who are up-and-coming in the Canadian legal community.
Ewa Krajewska is a partner of the Commercial Litigation Group, with extensive experience across a broad range of industries such as corporate commercial litigation, estates litigation, energy litigation, appellate advocacy, judicial review and public law. Her breadth of experience enables her to solve her clients’ complex and sensitive problems and consistently provide strategic advice to institutions and individuals that are facing or trying to avoid litigation.
Karine Chênevert is a partner of the Commercial Litigation Group with an outstanding track record in a broad range of litigation areas including class actions, conflicts between shareholders, governance, competition, securities, privacy, consumer protection and special remedies such as injunctions.
Ravi Latour is a partner of the Securities and Capital Markets Group who has extensive experience acting for issuers, underwriters and agents regarding public and private equity and debenture financing. In addition, he has represented companies in mergers and acquisitions and assisted with reorganizing and restructuring corporations, partnerships and other entities.
Tamara Wong is a partner of the Private Client Group and leads a robust practice that requires a rare combination of compassion and technical expertise to deliver unparalleled services in business succession planning, corporate reorganization, charities and not-for-profit law, domestic and estate planning, offshore trust planning and estate administration.
