BLG strengthens its disputes team with new partner Zev Smith

Toronto (May 13, 2024) – Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) is pleased to welcome Zev Smith as a partner in its Disputes Commercial & Construction Group in Toronto.

Zev is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer with a practice encompassing complex contract disputes, contested corporate transactions, securities, class actions, product liability and competition litigation. He also has extensive experience handling allegations of corporate misconduct, including internal and regulatory investigations related to trade sanctions, anti-corruption and fraud.
