Throughout the firm’s history, members of BLG have consistently given back through the contribution of skills, experience, time and charitable contributions. We align our community involvement with local community needs and support causes that our Firm members are passionate about.
The BLG Foundation is BLG’s charitable giving initiative, dedicated to building healthy communities and inspiring generosity. The BLG Foundation is committed to supporting the causes that matter most to BLG through strategic giving and employee involvement.
Started in 2003, BLG Reads to Kids was launched to support literacy for young children across the country, with a focus on marginalized communities. BLG volunteers have read with hundreds of children junior kindergarten to grade 3. Our Reads to Kids committees also organize book drives and donations to our partner schools and organizations.
Our annual campaign brings together our offices to raise important funds for their local United Way chapters. Our office committees run fundraising activities to engage our Firm members and raise awareness of local community needs. Each year we raise over half a million dollars for this important cause.
