Keri acts for corporations, municipalities and insurers. Her practice focuses on helping clients find solutions to complex commercial and product liability disputes through litigation and arbitration. She defends claims against:

  • municipalities
  • insurers and their insureds involving property damage, non-repair of roads and sidewalks, motor vehicle accidents and occupiers' liability

Keri regularly advocates on behalf of her clients and appears before all levels of court in Ontario. She also appears before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.


  • Advises insurance clients on coverage issues and disputes.
  • Advises and represents manufacturers in product liability litigation.
  • Assists clients in recovering outstanding accounts.
  • Represents owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers with surety bond claims, construction liens and breach of trust claims.
  • Represents surety bond companies with claims and issues relating to indemnity.
  • Represents victims of fraud in fraud investigations and recovery proceedings.
