Aidan’s practice focuses on municipal and police liability, as well as private occupiers’ liability, motor vehicle accidents, complex estate disputes and a range of other civil matters. Aidan has obtained success at every level of court in Ontario, from the Small Claims Court to the Court of Appeal.
As a student, Aidan served as the National Director of the League for Human Rights of B’nai Brith Canada, where he directed the advocacy efforts of Canada’s oldest national Jewish organization. He also served as a fellowship co-chair and summer intern at the Canadian Jewish Political Affairs Committee.
Aidan was elected as a Student Representative to the Governing Council of the University of Toronto for four terms, where he participated in the budget approval process and judged student disciplinary cases on the Academic Appeals Committee and the Executive Committee.
Aidan is fluent in Hebrew and has intermediate knowledge of Modern Standard Arabic and French.
