Jacqueline’s diverse corporate commercial practice focuses on transactional and private company work.

Jacqueline advises clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and drafting commercial agreements. She also has experience with project-related work, including project finance and public-private partnerships.

Prior to BLG, Jacqueline worked as a review officer intern at WorkSafeBC and on the in-house legal team of an IT management consulting firm.


  • ACI Argyle Communications Inc., one of Canada’s leading independent public relations and communications firms, in the creation of believeco:partners inc., a national public relations, brand management, and Indigenous relations platform.
  • Netflix, Inc. on the Canadian aspects of its global acquisition of animation studio Animal Logic Studios.
  • Canada Infrastructure Bank in connection with various aspects of its $1 billion Indigenous Community Infrastructure Initiative, which finances projects that aim to help address the infrastructure gap in Indigenous communities.
  • Canada Infrastructure Bank in its financing of a district energy utility project in British Columbia.
  • Assisted a leading independent benefits consulting firm in its acquisition of two group insurance companies.
  • Assisted a hotel management and real estate development firm in connection with a statutory plan of arrangement.
  • Advises and assists clients in private company acquisitions and sales, and reviewing commercial agreements.
