Kate has expertise in injunction proceedings and extraordinary remedies, including Anton Piller (civil search) and Mareva (asset freezing).
Kate has led motions, appeals, mediations and trials. She has appeared as counsel before the Ontario Court of Appeal, Ontario Divisional Court and Superior Court of Justice.
