Maria is an Associate in BLG's Corporate Commercial Group. Her practice focuses on private mergers and acquisitions and general commercial matters.
Maria supports clients on a wide range of transactions, including buy-side and sell-side share and asset acquisitions, divestitures, corporate reorganizations, and other strategic business transactions. She also advises clients on corporate governance matters, conducts legal due diligence, and drafts and negotiates commercial agreements across a variety of industries.
Drawing on her experience advising businesses at all stages of their development, Maria provides practical and solution-oriented advice that helps clients navigate complex transactions efficiently and effectively.
Prior to joining BLG, Maria practised transactional, corporate and commercial law at a reputable regional law firm.
