Surajreet’s practice spans corporate and commercial law, working with clients across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
He handles a broad range of matters, including incorporations, corporate governance, commercial arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganizations.
Surajreet joined BLG as a summer student and completed his articles at the firm before returning as an associate. During his articles, he was seconded to The Bank of Nova Scotia. Prior to joining BLG, he worked in Parliament focusing on legislative and policy matters.
