Jacqueline’s diverse corporate commercial practice focuses on transactional and private company work.

Jacqueline advises clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and drafting commercial agreements. She also has experience with project-related work, including project finance and public-private partnerships.

Prior to BLG, Jacqueline worked as a review officer intern at WorkSafeBC and on the in-house legal team of an IT management consulting firm.

  • Netflix, Inc. on the Canadian aspects of its global acquisition of Animal Logic Studios, a leading independent creative digital studio.
  • ACI Argyle Communications Inc., one of Canada’s leading independent public relations and communications firms, in the creation of believeco:partners inc., a national public relations, brand management, and Indigenous relations platform.
  • Canada Infrastructure Bank in connection with various aspects of its $1 billion Indigenous Community Infrastructure Initiative, which finances projects that aim to help address the infrastructure gap in Indigenous communities.
  • PDG Mobility, a global leader in wheelchair design and manufacturing, in its sale to Permobil.
  • Global Physical Asset Management Inc., a technology provider for digital field service inspections, in its sale to Metso Outotec.
  • HHS Drilling and Blasting in its sale to an affiliate of Cassiar Partners.
