On October 06, 2025, Itron, Inc. (NASDAQ: ITRI), an innovator of new ways for utilities and cities to manage energy and water, announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire Urbint, Inc., a privately held software company based in Miami, Florida. The purchase price for the acquisition is US$325 million and will be funded through cash on hand.
