Loni has a general commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice with experience in a broad range of commercial matters. Loni regularly advises clients on contractual disputes, director-shareholder disputes, regulatory investigations, complaints and litigation, oil and gas industry disputes, accounting disputes, trademark infringement, opposition proceedings and class actions and appeals.
Loni has appeared before all levels of Court in Alberta and the Federal Court, as well as a number of administrative bodies.
