Adrian Pel



Adrian is developing a broad litigation practice that includes:

  • Complex commercial litigation
  • Defending securities and competition class actions
  • Regulatory investigations and prosecutions
  • Healthcare litigation
  • Judicial review applications

Adrian has acted as counsel before the Ontario Court of Justice, Ontario Superior Court of Justice (including the Commercial List), and Divisional Court. He has acted for individuals, companies, healthcare institutions, and a municipality.

Adrian summered and articled at BLG’s Toronto office. While Adrian was in law school, he won numerous academic awards, served as executive editor of the McGill Law Journal, and volunteered as a student advocate at McGill’s Legal Information Clinic.
