On April 15, 2026, REMONDIS Maintenance & Services International GmbH, a Germany‑based industrial services provider, acquired CIMS Limited Partnership, a Canadian industrial maintenance, shut down, capital project, fabrication and modularization services company with operations across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario. The transaction represents REMONDIS' strategic expansion into the North American market and establishes a direct operational presence in Canada.
