Kathleen specializes in trademark prosecution, IP transactions including licensing and trademark enforcement.

She assists clients with the development, administration and protection of intellectual property rights with an emphasis on trademarks, copyright and licensing agreements.


Clients rely on Kathleen for her wide range of experience in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings and in assisting with litigation involving intellectual property rights before the Federal Court.

She also negotiates and advises clients on transactions involving all types of intellectual property rights, including:

  • patent, trademark, copyright and other intellectual property rights
  • license agreements
  • commercial agreements involving intellectual property rights

Kathleen practises in both English and French.
