Mohit combines strategic insight with practical execution to help clients navigate complex regulatory challenges.
As an associate in BLG’s Competition/Antitrust and Foreign Investment Review Group, he advises global companies on regulatory and transactional matters, including merger review, conduct investigations, and compliance under the Competition Act, as well as foreign investment issues under the Investment Canada Act.
He also has experience in civil and regulatory litigation, representing clients in Canadian class actions across the technology, airline, and financial sectors. His work spans technology, media and entertainment, mining, energy, and infrastructure, with a particular focus on cross-border M&A and regulatory investigations.
Before joining BLG as an associate, Mohit articled and summered with the firm. He also gained experience at Canada’s largest e-commerce company, at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada, and at the University of Ottawa’s Centre for Law, Technology and Society. Fluent in Hindi, Mohit leverages his diverse background to deliver tailored, comprehensive legal solutions.
