Jennifer is a law clerk and has worked in trademarks since 2004. She specializes in the prosecution of domestic and foreign trademark applications and in the enforcement of registered and common law trademarks, including trademark oppositions and section 45 proceedings, as well as legal proceedings in the Federal Court.
