Brent is an experienced commercial leasing lawyer and is a member of the BLG Commercial Real Estate group. He represents and advises national, regional, and entrepreneurial landlord and tenant clients with their commercial leasing matters across the entire lease lifecycle.
Brent has significant experience in drafting and negotiating leases across a broad range of property sectors, including retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, residential, and ground leasing. Brent also regularly advises and provides leasing-related support on business acquisition, disposition, and financing transactions, including lease due-diligence reviews.
