- Filing applications in the Canadian Intellectual Property Office
- Requesting examination of applications
- Recording transfers and changes in ownership
- Reporting Office Actions and drafting Responses
- Formatting and filing Sequence Listings
- Submitting final fee payments
- Preparing and filing all formal documents with Patent and Industrial Designs Office in order to meet all deadlines up to the grant of a patent.
