Natasha Gulati is a technology lawyer specializing in strategically securing, enforcing and commercializing IP rights.
Natasha works extensively with businesses of all stages to develop and implement effective IP strategies that align with overall business objectives, growth strategy and exit strategy. She is experienced in the areas of patent, trademark, copyright, industrial design and trade secret law, as well as IP licensing, acquisitions and IPOs. She has assisted clients in diverse sectors before the Canadian Intellectual Property Office and has successfully represented clients in disputes before the Federal Court.
Natasha has a background in organic chemistry and holds a JD and MBA from the University of Ottawa. She also holds a certificate in IP licensing from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt for Services.
She is a member of the BLG Beyond IP Strategy team.
