Andrea has a broad corporate and commercial practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, incorporations, corporate reorganizations, and commercial agreements. She also advises on cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection matters.
Andrea is a member of BLG’s Driven by Women. She summered and articled with BLG prior to returning as an associate.
