Noha is a senior consultant with a background in business analysis, continuous improvement and organizational development. Noha is skilled at bringing about positive and sustainable organizational change through current state analysis, process redesign and training. She has more than 15 years of experience leading, consulting and collaborating on transformational projects, including:
- Change management initiatives for major culture shifts;
- System implementations and enhancements;
- Market development campaigns geared at increasing and deepening client engagement; and
- Continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and reducing process waste.
Prior to joining BLG Beyond Consulting, Noha worked in the financial/insurance sector, where she held positions on various teams focused on program management, market development, best practices and the client experience.
